After few attempts finally, Egg Free Matcha Tiramisu . I don't think Matcha Tiramisu is Tiramisu because it's different, let's say it's another matcha dessert that in my opinion it best served cold or even frozen. Tiramisu is Tiramisu, classic Italian dessert made from mascarpone cheese with sponge cake layer, the combination of bitter sweet chocolate and coffee. But if you're into matcha then why not, anything matcha sounds great. Keep it simple with few ingredients but my suggestion, please use the best ingredients you can get. Room temperature mascarpone cheese, pure matcha powder, cold whipping cream, things to note for making this eggless matcha tiramisu. Ingredients : Cream cheese layer: 200 gr mascarpone cheese 250 ml whipping cream / liquid 1/2 cup sugar or more if you like it sweeter a pinch of salt Matcha layer: 2 tbsp pure matcha powder 250 ml warm water 12 pcs lady fingers 2-3 tbsp pure matcha powder for layering Directions : Beat cream cheese and sugar

It's deep fried, it's greasy, definitely not a healthy snack but here in Indonesia, " gorengan " refers to deep fried snacks are just mandatory, you'll find it like at every corner of the street, it is sold in a food cart. You can eat it as a snack or with rice as a side dish. One of the most popular gorengan is bala-bala , also known as bakwan and ote-ote . Made from thinly sliced, shredded veggies in savory batter, deep fried, similar to Japanese veggie tempura. Cabbage is a must for bala-bala , because fried cabbage is really good. Ingredients : 1.5 cup all purpose flour 2 tbsp rice flour 250 ml cold water 2 cloves garlic, pureed 3 shallot, pureed 1 tbsp butter 1/2 tsp chicken powder / bouillon salt and pepper to taste 2 green onion, sliced 1/2 cup bean sprout 2 cup thinly sliced veggies (carrot, cabbage, green beans) 1/2 cup corn (recommended) shrimp (optional) Directions : Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, fry in hot oil until golden brown. Serve with
