It's been a while, I finally made it to update this blog again. Also beside sharing recipes, it's a resto review. I've been very busy lately, well actually for the past few months (read: almost a year). Allow me to share, so for the past few months we, me and my partner, we got lots of project that we feel blessed. There are still many waiting to be finished. We made video content for social media, mostly cooking video. Not an easy thing, we're still learning anyway but hey I think we really can make it better day by day. Resep: One Pot Creamy Pasta Recipe

One Pot Pasta, just because it's easier and I don't need to clean up a lot. I like my pasta al dente but if you prefer tender pasta then add more water into the pot. It's good with mushroom, sausage, bacon, or even corn. Add the cream and cheese on last minute, and fresh herbs, but if using dried herbs then you want to put it along with the milk so it will release more flavor. Ingredients: 150 ml water, or more if you prefer tender pasta 200 ml milk 100 gr pasta, I used spaghetti -11 1-2 cloves garlic, minced 70 gr sweet corn 2 strips bacon, you can use sausage, smoked beef or beef bacon 2 tbsp fresh herbs, chopped, I used basil and parsley (or 1 tsp dried herbs) 80 ml cooking cream 40 gr cheese (sharp cheddar or parmesan or any of your favorite) salt and pepper to taste 1/4 tsp mushroom bouillon or chicken powder 2 tbsp cooking oil Directions : watch the video Find me on: Youtube  and  Instagram   @heytheresia  for daily food and travel updates

Resep: Potato Cheese Balls Recipe

As a big fan of potato and cheese at the same time, the combination of both is just lovely for me. So, few weeks ago I wrote a recipe for Perkedel , Indonesian style mashed potato fritters. This recipe is even better, well because I added cheese into the dough and filled with mozzarella, it's breaded, and deep fried. Can I name it Perkedel Hybrid? Well, it's really a must try recipe anyway.  There's an option to put the garlic in or not, I prefer mine without garlic. But if you want it with garlic, it will taste pretty close to  Perkedel  while I like it cheesy so better to leave the garlic. You can also replace the corned beef with chopped smoked beef. It is important to put the breaded potato balls into the fridge (approximately 15-30 minutes) before frying as you want everything stick together. Deep fry on medium low heat, until golden brown. More than a steak house, they have a lot more to offer. Premium cuts, dry aged beef, and of delicious side dishes. They're using Omi Hime wahyu from Shiga Prefecture.  welcome bread Started with Grilled Watermelon Salad  (IDR 120.000) served with feta, arugula, and 25 years aged Balsmic vinegar, light and fresh, the grilled watermelon has very unique texture, closely like sashimi.  Apple Mango Prawn Cocktail (IDR 120.000) Scallop Squid Rings  (IDR 250.000) with crispy pancetta and raspberry jam, delicate appetizer, salty pancetta with sweet and sour raspberry, great combination.
