NEW! Greenfields Yogurt Drink Baru

Kalau kamu sering lihat di Instagram story aku pasti familiar dengan hashtag yang sering aku pakai yaitu #YOTD yang merupakan singkatan dari yogurt of the day . Sebeneranya cuma iseng dan karena aku sangat suka yogurt. Aku pribadi suka banget dengan produk-produk Greenfields , mulai dari keju sampai stirred-yogurt mereka yang diluncurkan tahun lalu. Nah sekarang makin seneng karena ada Greenfields Yogurt Drink baru. Tanggal 19 Maret 2019 kemarin aku berkesempatan untuk menghadiri acara launching Greenfields Yogurt Drink ini. Sebelum acara tersebut aku memang sudah sering konsumsi yogurt drink ini dan sering jadi #YOTD karena produknya sudah aku temui dipasaran dari sekitar 1-2 bulan yang lalu. Acara peluncuran Greenfields Yogurt Drink ini berlangsung di Artotel, Thamrin Jakarta, teman-teman media dan blogger juga ikut hadir di acara ini. Produk ini merupakan line baru dari Greenfields untuk menjawab kebutuhan pasar yang pada saat ini cukup peduli dengan kesehatan dalam memil

Yakult Jelly Punch Recipe

Well it's just something I make at home, many times... I love Yakult, a child hood drink that reminds me of the times when I was a little kid. It started from my habit drinking Yakult or any other yogurt drink with some ice, because I found it too sweet to my liking, plus, I love cold drinks. So, one day I made this, I prefer plain jelly as I don't want the flavor to ruin the Yakult flavor, and you sure can add some simple syrup for extra sweetness. Anyway, don't freak out if using colorful jelly... the color will fade, translucent just like plain jelly. I made this one and leave for a day in fridge, and end up with white jelly.  Ingredients: 5 bottles Yakult 2 tsp basil seeds, or chia seeds 1 cup longan or lychee, remove the syrup 1/2 cup plain jelly (unflavored), cut into cubes 3 tbsp simple syrup or to taste 1/2 cup crushed ice Watch the video for the directions

It's a very simple beverage you can make for any occasion, let's say family gathering? Or just perfect for your me time. I was growing up eating Marie biscuits, especially when I got sick, I had nothing to eat, no appetite, and my mom gave me this along with hot tea. But these days, I prefer Marie biscuits on my ice cream or gelato, yes thanks to the creative gelateria in Jakarta. Once I tried Marie Biscuits Milk in a cake shop, and it gave me an idea to make this recipe. I used canned milk, to be specific it's Bear Brand (not sponsored), just because it's best for this drink, the flavor and combination with the milky Marie biscuits. I also added non-dairy creamer, topped it with freshly whipped cream and biscuit crumble. You can get the sweetness from condensed milk, but not too much, add a little simple syrup to taste. To make the simple syrup, combine one part of sugar plus one part water, bring to boil until the sugar dissolve. Once cool, keep it refrigerate. Marie

SEJIWA COFFEE BANDUNG - PROGO

I spent more times in Bandung lately, doing my food video thing here. Packed - tight schedules is killing me, definitely need a break. After finishing 22 videos (yes that's a lot), we decided to go to a new coffee shop located in Jalan Progo, an area that already filled with cafes and coffee shops. Sejiwa Coffee , sounds very local though, the place is quite modern, spacious, ground for the non-smoking, upstairs for smoking. You know that I'm not a coffee person but I do drink coffee sometimes not everyday, and always go for something cold, like the Iced Creme Brulee Latte (IDR 38.000) Iced Creme Brulee Latte strawberry juice I've heard from some of my friends that the service getting worse on weekend, they waited the order for an hour but I hope it will get better. HONU Poke & Matcha Bar - Jakarta

Finally a special place for Poke in Jakarta, I think this is the start as Singapore already has several places for Poke. We're joining the hype. Poke is a typical Hawaiian dish, made from marinated (commonly) raw fish, tuna is the most popular, while vegetarian Poke is made using tofu. It goes well with salad or the famous one, with rice known as Poke Bowl. I've never had many Poke Bowl in my life but yes I've tried some and I've made it couple times. Aloha Poke in Singapore is one of them, go check out my previous post here , they have amazing Poke. To describe, Poke is simply a raw fish salad. HONU is located in Kemang, the place was quite nice, not too spacious but clean and simple. Combining Poke and Matcha, very interesting. Yoforia Yogurt Studio: Coffee Meets Yogurt

OK it's been a while since my last blog post. I've heard the talk about this pop-up yogurt studio (sounds cool already) named Yoforia . They have their very first pop-up at Paris Van Java, Bandung. To me, it's the hippest mall in the city though nothing much to do but shopping. First, what makes Yoforia special? We'll talk about their creation later. It's the design, packaging, simple, and yes Insta-genic. Nothing much on the menu, there's no fulfilling food but light bites such as chicken wings, potatoes, with yogurt base sauce. Then the special one, Yogurt Coffee. Using yogurt instead of milk, he got Kuro Yofocinno , espresso - yogurt drink, I must say it's very interesting, a bit sour, bitter, and sweet. Feels like drinking yogurt anyway, not coffee. For me, it's  Berry Smooth , light and fresh, not too sweet to my palate, great job!! I know that it's gonna be the one to order again on my next visit.
