From Teppanyaki to Okonomiyaki, from Osaka style to Hiroshima style Okonomiyaki. Some people may be quite familiar with Chibo as it's popular in Japan, also they have some branches in Asia and in Hawaii. Last week, I got a chance to visit their very first restaurant in Indonesia, located in Gandaria City Mall , Jakarta. Customers can choose to sit at the bar table which allow the customers to watch the chef preparing food or at the regular table with grill pan slash hot plates in the middle to keep the food hot. I spent more times in Bandung lately, doing my food video thing here. Packed - tight schedules is killing me, definitely need a break. After finishing 22 videos (yes that's a lot), we decided to go to a new coffee shop located in Jalan Progo, an area that already filled with cafes and coffee shops. Sejiwa Coffee , sounds very local though, the place is quite modern, spacious, ground for the non-smoking, upstairs for smoking.
