New!! Greenfields Yogurt Indonesia

I've been a fan of this brand even before my writing about their Ricotta Cheese launching in 2015.  Mulai dari fresh milk sampai keju, aku pribadi memang suka dan pakai produk Greenfields untuk kebutuhan di rumah dan juga untuk shooting video-video masakan yang aku produksi. Keju mozarella merupakan satu yang paling sering aku pakai, karena selain rasa, tekstur, dan efek stretchy yang bagus sehingga lebih menarik untuk pembuatan video. Di akhir 2017 ini, ada produk baru lagi dari Greenfields yaitu yogurt.  Produk Greenfields memang terkenal dengan kualitas premium, dan dengan harga sedikit di atas produk lokal sejenis. Kalau kamu sering ke coffee shop , pasti sering menjumpai para barista yang memilih menggunakan produk susu Greenfields . Resep: Perkedel (Indonesian Mashed Potato Fritters) Recipe

How do you make Perkedel ? The recipes may vary, I like mine with boiled potato instead of fried potato as the result will be nice and soft inside, similar to piping hot takoyaki. It's just great with sauteed ground beef, but classic Indonesian version, it's usually made with canned corned beef. There are two version, the one with egg coating (very common) and with the egg mixed into the dough. Sometimes, I make the mixed one, using this recipe but with extra egg so the dough won't be crumbly in frying process. Perkedel is my favorite, it goes well with chicken soup and rice, soto , or just eat it as a snack, yum!! Can you name places to savor proper steak in Jakarta, not many. Here's the newest, Altitude Grill . With great view from the 46th Floor at The Plaza, dinner will be even more romantic. More than a steak house, they have a lot more to offer. Premium cuts, dry aged beef, and of delicious side dishes. They're using Omi Hime wahyu from Shiga Prefecture.  welcome bread Started with Grilled Watermelon Salad  (IDR 120.000) served with feta, arugula, and 25 years aged Balsmic vinegar, light and fresh, the grilled watermelon has very unique texture, closely like sashimi.  Apple Mango Prawn Cocktail (IDR 120.000) Scallop Squid Rings  (IDR 250.000) with crispy pancetta and raspberry jam, delicate appetizer, salty pancetta with sweet and sour raspberry, great combination.
