From Teppanyaki to Okonomiyaki, from Osaka style to Hiroshima style Okonomiyaki. Some people may be quite familiar with Chibo as it's popular in Japan, also they have some branches in Asia and in Hawaii. Last week, I got a chance to visit their very first restaurant in Indonesia, located in Gandaria City Mall , Jakarta. Customers can choose to sit at the bar table which allow the customers to watch the chef preparing food or at the regular table with grill pan slash hot plates in the middle to keep the food hot. Grill pan on each table is definitely important to me especially when ordering Okonomiyaki. It's been a while, I finally made it to update this blog again. Also beside sharing recipes, it's a resto review. I've been very busy lately, well actually for the past few months (read: almost a year).
