It was my third visit, Seoul is always interesting to me. The subway, K-Pop Music in stores and cafes, tteokbokki , well pretty much because of Korean food. To describe Korean food through kimchi is definitely not enough, they have a lot which you can get if only you come and experience your own. Moreover, Seoul have many places to visit, from shopping street such as Garosugil and Myeongdong to historical sites such as Gyeongbok Palace and Hanok Village. I've been there few times, but one special spot that I want to share with you is Samcheongdong .  Like no where else in Seoul, Samcheongdong is appealing yet very pretty. Definitely a good one for taking pictures, or walk around enjoying the other side of Seoul. Actually there's nothing much to do here but cafe hopping. The small alley is filled with small beautifully decorated cafe and souvenir shops. Yes it is touristy as it's not far from Gyeongbok and Hanok Village, but less popular to be compared to Myeongdong.  There

Satu lagi tempat jajanan malam di utara Jakarta, Ropang Plus Plus . Kalo sering kulineran ke PIK coba geser sedikit ke Muara Karang, disini ada banyak tempat makan menarik. Salah satunya sebuah kedai yang menawarkan bukan hanya roti panggang aneka rasa tapi yang membuat penasaran adalah menu Indomie-nya. NO! It's hard for me when it comes to compare things that I had earlier especially in foreign country with ones in Indonesia. If you're following me on Instagram you may notice that I have a huge crush on gelato , and so ice cream and soft serve. Gelato is the Italian word for ice cream. But it is different, a very simple proof, it is taken not with round ice cream scooper but sort of paddle. I'm talking about the American style ice cream that is rich and creamy while gelato is more likely light, soft with elastic texture. It's the taste, texture, also the main ingredient. There are so many places in Jakarta for Javanese food, typically sweet but here it's definitely acceptable. Shall we start with  Lontong Solo (IDR 30.000)? Sliced rice cakes that cooked in banana leaves wrap, hard boiled egg, shredded chicken, sambel goreng kentang  (spicy potato), rich in flavor coconut milk soup, comforting for breakfast. It's probably one that I always look for when it comes to Javanese food, Selat Solo (IDR 30.000) a piece of meat with potatoes, carrot, snaps, pickles, in sweet and savoury sauce. As they used pressure cooker, tender meat in result is just nice. There are so many ways to cook pasta. Personally I like to keep it simple such as aglio olio , light but somehow comforting. Though pesto is always on the first place. Cheese is also a great ingredient to combine with pasta, this was my first attempt with ricotta as usually I stick with parmesan, cheddar, and mozzarella. It's probably sounds weird but I added some romaine into the pasta, last minute, it was actually quite nice.  Ingredients : 2 portion pasta of your choice 2-3 slices bacon or smoked beef 1/4 cup milk or pasta water as needed 4 tbsp ricotta cheese 2-3 tbsp olive oil (you may not need it if you're using bacon) 2 cloves garlic minced 1 cup romaine lettuce  salt and pepper to taste Directions : Cook the pasta by following the instructions on the packaging, drain the pasta 2 minutes earlier On a pan, cook the bacon/smoked beef, add in garlic Add ricotta cheese, pour the milk, and season with some salt and pepper Add the pasta into the sauce, stir until combined, add

Firstly, I know some of you asking about how did I get boba? Online store, very easy. The good one should be more expensive, I got mine around IDR 200k for 2 kilos, that's a lot. You won't need that much. Cook it on high heat, usually take me about 20 minutes. When it's done, drain from excess water, add in some simple syrup. Make your own syrup by heating 1:1 ratio of sugar and water. Second, Thai tea mix. I'm using this brand that I got from Grand Lucky supermarket. It's not an instant Thai tea mix, so you need to brew your own tea by adding it into boiling water, then strain using a strainer.  It's not hard but it will take few times, cooking the boba, brewing tea, and making simple syrup. Fresh milk is one that I do recommend instead of using condense milk though you don't have to make simple syrup if you're using condense milk as it's already sweetened. LINE. It's amazing how an application for communications on for electronic devices such as smartphones and tablets can be this big. There are many but why LINE, they have cute characters and definitely became a brand. Asia is a very big market and yes Asians love cute things. The Store Who's your favorite LINE character? Mine? Of course it's Brown, well James is cute too. Brown the bear is the most popular, second is probably Cony. Here you can find all LINE character for real well at least you can touch it. When it's became a brand, they can sell pretty much anything.  The store is big but not too spacious. Ground floor filled with stuffs such as stationery, accessories, dolls, Brown figures, so cute! While the cafe is on the basement level, apparel is on the upper ground. T-shirts are quite affordable, guess what? I saw some of T-Shirt labels and found out that it's made in Indonesia well not all, better be proud.  You really do not want to miss this thing, taking
