Resep: Pepeda Telur / Cilung Recipe (Indonesian Street Food Snack)

I've heard you, as requested, it's Papeda Telur, some people said it's Cilung. Super easy yet addictive, why making your own? First, it's usually only available on street food vendors near school. Two, you know what's inside and you can add anything you want. Three, higiene, no I'm not a clean freak person also not judging, when it comes to street food, it depends on the vendors. Well anyway, it's fun to make.

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 100 ml water
  • 2-3 tbsp tapioca
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
