Resep: NASI GILA Recipe

OK so to describe in English, it's a deconstructed Indonesian Fried Rice, instead of mixing the rice with the rest of the ingredients it's served separately. Nasi Gila served with massive amount of toppings, the other version is Nasi Goreng Gila which I think it's similar to regular Nasi Goreng (Fried Rice) but with more filling, egg, meatball, and hotdog are always included.

I am #teamNasiGila instead of Nasi Goreng Gila what about you? Currently there are many places in Indonesia especially bigger city that sell Nasi Gila. Taman Menteng in Jakarta known for its Nasi Goreng Gila during night time. Give a try, make your own at home.
